REGULAR CLEANERS If you would like a regular cleaner we will find one for you who matches your requirements and can get to you easily. Usually, we will have placed a cleaner with you within 2 weeks of initial contact and membership. If the placement is to take a little longer than this, for any reason, we will let you know. The cleaners will have had to provide proof of identity, proof of address and references when interviewed. We ask that week-to-week arrangements and any changes should be made direct with your cleaner. The responsibility and arrangements for cleaners to hold keys must rest with individual members. If you need to replace your cleaner for any reason we will find a replacement free of charge, under your membership. A new cleaner will be placed within a reasonable timescale (and usually within 2 weeks). If this is likely to take longer for any reason, we will let you know in advance. We do not offer last minute replacements if your cleaner cannot make it, for any reason.
