Terms & Conditions of Membership The provision of services is for the member’s registered address only. Members may not refer any worker introduced to them by The Home Agency, to another person. All bookings must be made via The Home Agency. Any member who makes or attempts to make a direct engagement with a worker of any type will have their membership cancelled without compensation. Similarly any worker who accepts a direct engagement will be taken off the register. The continued use of the services of a worker of any type introduced by The Home Agency, including that of a regular cleaner, is subject to a current membership. The Home Agency acts as an introduction and booking agent only and does not directly or indirectly employ any workers.  Whilst every effort is made to secure for members the best services available, The Home Agency cannot be held responsible or liable for the acts of omissions of a worker introduced by The Home Agency, neither can The Home Agency be held responsible for any loss arising from a booking or attempted booking through The Home Agency. The Home Agency reserves the right to refuse, terminate or suspend a membership. The annual membership fee for The Home Agency is non-refundable. The Home Agency is not responsible for personal injury or damage to property by a trades person or worker.
